Job Purpose

Manages and leads the production team to carry out its functions ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, business objectives, HSE rules.

Job Description

• Manages the flow (input and output) of their own production unit.
• Adapts the size of their team in accordance with the level of activities.
• Coordinates the intervention of support services (maintenance, QC production, methods, etc.) within the Unit.
• Conducts analysis on their activity and proposes solutions.
• Ensures the proper comprehension and application of new processes and procedures.
• Establishes and executes the training plan of the unit and ensures yearly people reviews.
• Ensures that machines are in good operation in the production unit.
• Manages the budget consumables and tools of the Unit.
  
  

You Are Meant For This Job If

• Technical bachelor’s degree.
• +/- 3 years of experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
