- Standard lab and cleanliness lab inspection management
- Prepare and process samples for analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Handling the development CMM measurement program
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- In-depth knowledge of technical cleanliness as per the ISO class 7
- In-depth knowledge of CMM, PGI, and Mahr & programming
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Record, analyze, and report data accurately
- Knowledge of Optical inspection systems
- Familiarity with measurement instruments such as VMS, roughness testers, Alicona, UTM, PGI, technical cleanliness equipment, surface contour, hardness testers, spring testing equipment, height gauges, and other small gauges.
- Experience with MSA activities and ability to perform independently
- Understanding of product drawings
- In-depth knowledge of VDA 19.2 Standard
- In-depth knowledge of 3D / 5 axis optical inspection
- in-depth knowledge of cross-section penetration analysis
- Handling the audit and customer
- Training skill
- B.E. Mechanical OR Electronics
- Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Related work experience in lab areas
