Production Manager

Production planning engineer is focused on ensuring product deliveries on time with right quantity as per sales order, coordinating with all necessary departments.

Must have good working experience on Auto-cad drawings & Bill of Materials.

• Hands-On Experience in Production Planning of Doors/Windows Industry or related segment
• Team Management

Job Role

• Planning and scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, and adjust them as needed
• Managing resources: Ensure adequate stock levels, and order and manage equipment and facilities
• Quality control: Set and enforce quality standards, and monitor productivity rates and product standards
• Training and coaching: Train and coach factory operators and sorters
• Maintenance: Take responsibility for the maintenance of equipment, and organize the repair of any damaged equipment
• Customer orders: Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget
