- To plan manpower as pershift allocation as per Skill Matrix.
- To calculate monthly process manufacturing cost.
- To make Production Orders, Indents, Tool consumption, etc. activities in ERP.
- Responsible for Weekly Monthly Production plan.
- Shop floor administration & ensure proper housekeeping 5S.
- Monitor & improve department OEE through effective analysis of loss hours and implement
- Responsible for giving CAPA by using Why-Why analysis concept.
- Responsible for the Documentation and audits internal as well Customers.
