Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer for our Foundry Industry client. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Ajmer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and will play a crucial role in optimizing the production process while ensuring quality control standards are met.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualification - B.Tech - mech.

Salary - Upto 4.2 lac

Experience - Min. 5 + yrs . in foundry industry (must manage monthly production in CI and SG, quality recheck, manage Foundry lab)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the foundry industry or a related field.
• Proven ability in process optimization to enhance production efficiency.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Proficient in root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process and product quality.
• Strong project management skills to oversee production initiatives and ensure timely completion.
• Technical troubleshooting capabilities to identify and fix machinery or operational problems.
• Understanding of supply chain management to improve logistics and material handling.
• Quality Control (Mandatory skill) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the foundry to ensure smooth production processes.

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material handling and logistics operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for machinery and production lines.
