As a Product Supervisor in our CCS Division, you’ll be responsible for guiding a talented group of Product Specialists, Product Managers, and Marketing Specialists. The role involves shaping and executing comprehensive product and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands. You will foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while ensuring cross-functional coordination for seamless product launches and impactful marketing campaigns. This position requires strong performance management, including setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and optimizing resource allocation to drive results. A key focus will be on continuous innovation, process improvement, and maintaining a customer-first approach, ensuring our solutions are driven by real user needs. Effective communication with stakeholders and regular progress updates will also be essential to success in this strategic leadership role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Specialists, Product Managers and Marketing Specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Product Strategy:
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive product and marketing strategies
- Ensure alignment with market needs, business goals, and organizational vision.
- Collaboration:
- Promote effective collaboration between product management and marketing teams
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless product launches and marketing campaigns
- Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against set objectives.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
- Resource Allocation:
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and KPIs are set
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on product development progress and marketing activities
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement in product development and marketing processes.
- Encourage new ideas and creative solutions within the team.
- Customer Focus:
- Ensure all product and marketing efforts are centered around customer needs and feedback.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted initiatives.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s in business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and resource allocation.
- Ability to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives.
