Product Specialist(T)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on enhancing product functionality and ensuring seamless integration. The candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and positively impact the industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize expertise in TW-Basic Config to configure and customize product solutions that meet client requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Generative AI to develop innovative solutions that enhance product capabilities and user experience.
• Implement and maintain Trackwise On-prem systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of product configurations to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product configurations and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on product functionalities.
• Ensure seamless integration of COTS Products within the LS Mfg&SC domain to optimize supply chain processes.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem.
• Demonstrate experience in configuring and customizing COTS Products within the LS Mfg&SC domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
