Product Regulatory Questionnaire Executive Food

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage product regulatory data for food and feed products, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer questionnaires within a 48-hour(5 working days) timeframe. Compile comprehensive packages, including required documents and certificates, and promptly deliver them to the customer service team.

2. Apply knowledge of global food regulations, such as Codex Alimentarius, FDA, and EU regulations, Inventories, and HACCP to ensure compliance and accuracy in all responses. Proactively update processes and strategies.

3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, customers, and other relevant parties. Clearly convey regulatory information and requirements to different audiences.

4. Maintain a comprehensive customer questionnaire database, enabling efficient searching and retrieval of product information in a timely manner.

5. Serve as the single point of contact for customers on regulatory subjects related to data, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing necessary information and support.

6. Work closely with Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Project management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and regulatory compliance.

7. Actively contribute to the development of Corbion's regulatory knowledge center. This may involve activities such as attending industry congresses, monitoring and following news alerts, and staying updated on the latest regulatory developments and requirements.

8. Contribute to fast and efficient customer onboarding processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of regulatory data, which is essential for building customer trust and satisfaction.

9. Leverage systems such as MSCRM, SALESFORCE, TraceGains, and SharePoint to manage regulatory data efficiently and streamline workflow processes.

Knowledge/ Skills and Education:

• Worldwide knowledge of Food legislation, food additives FSSC 22000, GMOs in food, and more is beneficial.
• Good English, one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Japanese) is considered as a great advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• At least 3 years of expert experience in industry/consulting
• Educational level: Food tech, food science, chemistry or related
• Accuracy, technical acumen, speed, and interdependent attitude,
• Willingness to learn
• High-Quality standard
