Product Operations Executive

Role Overview

The Operations & Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Broadway’s Brand Portal and Ginesys by identifying and resolving data, integration, and onboarding issues. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with the Category team, Tech team, and external brand partners to streamline product information, improve platform accuracy, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Gap Identification:

• Compare and identify product listing mismatches between Ginesys and the Broadway Brand Portal.
• Regularly update and reconcile product data across both systems.
  
  

Integration Support

• Monitor the health of Ginesys integrations with the Broadway Brand Portal.
• Highlight bugs or sync issues and follow up for timely fixes.
  
  

Brand & Product Onboarding Support

• Work closely with the Category team to troubleshoot and resolve brand onboarding/product upload issues.
• Ensure all necessary product information is accurately reflected on both systems.
  
  

Category Tree Management

• Execute updates to the category tree structure in both systems as per Category team inputs.
• Realign existing products to new category structures post updates.
  
  

Sales Reporting

• Identify data inconsistencies or gaps in the sales reports.
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and accuracy of reporting.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of product master data and cataloging.
• Familiarity with retail ERPs like Ginesys preferred.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.
• Proficient in Excel, data reconciliation, and basic reporting.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
