Are you a curious storyteller who loves turning ideas into helpful, easy-to-understand content? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for an entry-level Product Marketer to help us educate, support, and inspire our users. You’ll work closely with our Product, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams to make sure our customers get the most out of what we build.

What you’ll do

● Create and update clear, friendly help articles so users can solve problems on their own

● Run product webinars that show off new features or teach users tips and tricks

● Interview happy customers and turn their wins into engaging case studies

● Set up simple customer emails to announce new features or share helpful resources

● Help manage and improve how our apps and integrations are listed on partner Pages.

What we’re looking for

● You know how to explain things in a simple and clear way

● You’re curious and not afraid to figure out how tools work

● You enjoy helping people and aren’t shy about speaking in a live webinar

● You can juggle a few projects and keep things on track

● You’re a collaborative team player

Bonus points (Nice to have)

● Familiarity with help centers or writing support articles

● Experience with email tools (like SendGrid, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar)

● Any exposure to SaaS and tech tools
