Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in product management or business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Loan and lease management System Retail Servicing system, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of retail Banking product and solutions that support complex financial products such as loans, savings, term deposits, credit cards, insurance, third party and investment accounts.
- Define and develop the product vision and roadmap for enterprise product manufacturing solutions tailored to the needs of banking and financial institutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionality based on business value and customer demand.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for financial products, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with industry standards.
- Develop and refine product configurations, templates, and libraries that support various banking and financial products.
- Oversee the integration of new products and updates, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements for new products and enhancements.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
- Document and communicate requirements effectively to cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX/UI designers.
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and testing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Partner with development teams to oversee product design, prototyping, and development cycles, ensuring alignment with requirements.
- Coordinate with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure all products meet relevant standards and regulations.
