We are seeking for a dynamic and creative Senior Product Manager with expertise and passion in connecting with users to gather product feedback, product satisfaction, deliver the vision, strategy, roadmap as well as growing our Analytics Community via our website.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be customer and user focused, possess a product management mindset. You will orchestrate for the management of the Oracle Analytics Community node, the coordination with the moderators, the definition of the requirements for enhancements via JIRA, the monitoring of the Idea Lab process as well as the management of events and assets. You will be communicating with our key customers, partners and ensure they are aligned with our product roadmap, feature prioritization, communication, trainings and assets delivery.

The mission of this role is to ensure the growth of the Oracle Analytics Community of users, via key programs including Idea Lab to JIRA, Oracle Analytics Leaders, Oracle Analytics Ambassadors, Analytics Public Gallery, Community Redesign, ACE growth and more.

You should be able to understand functional requirements and architect solutions while being very hands-on and able to dive deep into any part of the stack. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Managing the analytics community node to ensure the posts, ideas, events and assets are correctly maintained and relevant.
• Growing our community of users, customers, partners, ACE by generating engagement and providing a rhythm of content.
• Defining and driving the development of the analytics community node that align with the organization's vision and user needs.
• Conducting competitive research on community growth, gathering customer, partner and user feedback on the community.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like OCI, Marketing, Sales to create innovative and user-centric solutions.
• Driving clarity on the idea lab process to ensure user have transparency on the ideas they submit and the outcome.
• Participating in the status update of the ideas and the comments to grow votes and engagement in the idea lab.
• Participating in the analytics forum posts, moderating to ensure growth of non-oracle analytics community users.
• Identify bugs and enhancements, defining requirements and JIRA to improve the community website.
• Keeping all stakeholders updated on key changes as well as having regular cadence meeting with moderators.
  
  
  

What does success look like?

To excel as a Senior Product Manager in Product Strategy, flexibility and leadership skills are essential, as you will be guiding users and partners towards a shared vision of the Analytics community. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making are vital for understanding user behavior and grow the community. Adaptability and a user-first approach are crucial, as the product landscape is constantly evolving, and user satisfaction is paramount. You will need to be a user-focused leader, with strong empathy for users, and deep Analytics knowledge.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and/or Power BI, Tableau Server.
• Experience with Website/Forum/Idea Lab management preferred.
• Certification in Oracle Analytics or related technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• User-centric approach and understanding of user needs.
