Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, requirement elicitation.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Management areas such as Product Owner/Product Manager and ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Product Management experience in a Global Delivery Model.
  • Experience with Product Strategy and Business Alignment.
  • Experience in Crew Management Solutions is desirable. Scope of Job:
  • You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
  • You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution.
  • You should be able to provide inputs for Functional Solution design, Product Strategy definition and work on business alignment.
  • You should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model.
  • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. This role is open to all our offshore locations.
