The Product team is focused on advancing Criteria’s interviewing product that help organizations make fair, data-driven hiring decisions. Our goal is to design elegant, science-backed tools that empower interviewers, delight candidates, and seamlessly integrate with the broader Criteria ecosystem.

As a Product Manager on the Interviewing Product team, you’ll drive initiatives that expand the reach, usability, and measurable impact of our interviewing solutions. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Design, Science, Sales, and Customer Success to translate research and customer insight into products that customers love.

You’ll be expected to balance empathy with evidence—listening deeply to users while using data to shape product direction. The ideal candidate thrives in experimentation, iteration, and close partnership with customers, ensuring the Criteria’s Interviewing products

remains a market-leading product.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies that expand product capabilities and drive adoption of the interviewing product range.
  • Use data analysis, customer research, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Engage in competitive analysis to surface differentiated product opportunities to grow market share
  • Work closely with the product & engineering teams to define high quality product requirements
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from opportunity analysis to execution—ensuring delivery of meaningful, high-quality releases that align with business goals.
  • Partner with IO Psychology and Science teams to embed validated, evidence-based methods into product design.
  • Foster tight alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market execution and clear customer messaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering impactful SaaS or HR technology products.
  • Comfort with analytics, experimentation, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Familiarity and experience in developing AI driven products
  • Deep curiosity about users, with a record of discovering and articulating non-obvious customer needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Technically fluent, with an understanding of modern web application architectures
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing, IO psychology, or talent assessment practices.
  • Growth mindset—open to feedback, adaptable, and energized by continuous learning.
