The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically fluent Product Manager – Integrations & Connectors to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise connector and integration ecosystem within the Pathlock platform. You will define and deliver capabilities that enable seamless interoperability with leading enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle), supporting critical governance, risk, and compliance workflows.

This role requires a blend of technical depth, customer-centric thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, and Security teams. You will play a key part in scaling our integration capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

Connector Platform Strategy

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Pathlock’s integrations and connectors.
• Establish prioritization frameworks balancing enterprise demand, partner ecosystem opportunities, and platform extensibility.
• Ensure the connector framework supports high performance, scalability, and security across heterogeneous environments.
  
  

Product Definition & Delivery

• Translate customer use cases into clear product requirements and functional specifications for connector features.
• Act as the product owner for connectors in agile development cycles—refining user stories, managing backlogs, and working closely with Engineering and QA.
• Support release planning, connector certifications, and go-to-market readiness for new integrations.
  
  

Ecosystem Enablement

• Collaborate with partner teams to support third-party connector development and onboarding.
• Ensure developer-friendly documentation, SDKs, and tools are available for partner and customer developers.
• Champion connector architecture extensibility and compatibility with major platforms via APIs, SDKs, and configuration models.
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Security, Architecture, and Compliance teams to ensure integration features meet stringent enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Align connector development efforts with broader product goals and initiatives across EAM, IAM, and GRC modules.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate roadmap direction and integration needs.
  
  

Monitoring & Optimization

• Establish KPIs and telemetry to track connector usage, reliability, and adoption.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and enhance integration experiences.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in security, IAM, IGA, or integration platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure API-based integrations or connector ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or Microsoft.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, identity standards (SAML, OAuth, SCIM), and connector frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into clear business-focused documentation and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background with PAM/IGA/IAM platforms like CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Passion for building robust, secure solutions that protect critical enterprise assets and enable secure innovation.
• Experience in developing or managing SDKs for third-party integrations.
• Exposure to GRC or compliance-driven integration initiatives.
