Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of current products, gather customer feedback, and conduct market research to identify opportunities for enhancement
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure a steady and efficient supply of products
• Devise and execute effective product promotion strategies, including advertising campaigns and pricing strategies, to maximize market penetration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to drive successful product launches and updates
• Lead the development of product roadmaps, outlining the vision and goals for each product in alignment with company objectives
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to propose new product ideas
• Develop and maintain a high-performing product team by recruiting, mentoring, and fostering growth among team members
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with the necessary product knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell products
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and tactics
