Our mission is to make every step after the "Buy" button—order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds—simple, seamless, and stress-free for millions of customers around the world.
About the Role:
As a Product Manager III, you will help define, build, and improve post-purchase customer journeys across multiple countries. You will collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to solve real customer problems—ranging from “Where is my order?” to “How do I get a refund fast?”—while driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:
- Own and improve key parts of the post-purchase experience, such as order tracking, cancellations, returns, or refunds.
- Translate customer pain points and business needs into clear product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product solutions in an agile environment.
- Partner with design, analytics, and operations teams to validate ideas, run experiments, and refine product features.
- Analyze product data, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve and prioritize roadmap decisions.
- Balance user experience with business goals across different international markets, each with its own constraints and opportunities.
- 2–4 years of product management experience in a digital or technology-driven company.
- Experience solving customer-facing problems, ideally in domains like eCommerce, logistics, or consumer platforms.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate ideas with clarity.
- Analytical thinking with a working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Excel, or dashboards (nice to have).
- Empathy for users and a strong drive to improve their experience.
- Experience working in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, or supply chain domains.
- Prior exposure to international or multi-market product development is a plus.
- Strong academic background and/or experience in a fast-paced product-focused environment.
