About The Role

Product Manager I at Swiggy work with various internal product teams, UX researchers/designers, data scientists, analytics, marketing and business to build a roadmap for their respective charter helping our power users find value and convenience in the most efficient manner leading to continued customer delight and seamless experiences.

What will you get to do here?

• You will co-create the product roadmap that makes the Swiggy‘s product the most loved for consumers.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define key problem areas and identity solution directions using data and on-ground insights
• Work closely with Engineering, design, and analytics teams to define the sprint and own the delivery. Present the sprint outputs in demo days & other forums to leadership & broader organization.
  
  

What qualities are we looking for?

• An ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in B2C or Consumer products.
• Product Experience in a consumer internet company, Ecommerce/Hyperlocal preferred OR strong tech experience leveraging GenAI in a similar domain
• Must be obsessed with understanding customers' needs/aspirations and advocating - working to create products that are consumer-backward.
• You should be data-obsessed with the ability to ask the right questions and gather insights
• Collaborate effectively with functional stakeholders across Business, Technology, and Design to prioritize, develop, and deliver products in an agile environment
• Manage the full product lifecycle - ideation, defining features, user research, writing specifications, and tracking performance metrics.
• Must not just be okay with, but thrive in an entrepreneurial set-up
