About the team and role :
The Growth team owns the promotions, checkout and pricing platforms and drives goals for order growth, profitability and conversion. This role will own the checkout CX and pricing platform which will include building efficient and innovative conversion enablers on Cart as well as new revenue streams view pricing.
As a Product Manager II, you will own the user experience Cart and checkout as well as the entire pricing platform backend and front end, with key goals for conversion and revenue per order. You will act as the custodian of Cart CX and raise the bar on how all elements on cart are cohesively rendered to customers while meeting the business objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to maximize revenue via new pricing streams and drive tech driven optimizations to pricing configurations
What qualities are we looking for?
An ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of PM experience with at least 3+ years of experience in B2C or Consumer products.
Super-communicator - Must be comfortable working with multiple business teams, understand their their needs & setting expectations by leveraging your interpersonal skills
Tech Deep dive - Must be able to scale existing products to larger set of customers by tweaking existing products
Customer Obsessed - Must be obsessed with understanding customers' needs/aspirations and advocating - working to create products that are consumer-backward.
You should be data-obsessed with the ability to ask the right questions and gather insights
Collaborate effectively with functional stakeholders across Business, Technology, and Design to prioritize, develop, and deliver products in an agile environment
Outcome focused - Manage the full product lifecycle - ideation, defining features, user research, writing specifications, and tracking performance metrics.
What will you get to do here?
You will create the product roadmap that makes the Swiggy ordering experience as most loved product for consumers and own this roadmap
Work closely with varied business stakeholders to define key problem areas and identity solution directions using data and on-ground insights
Work closely with Engineering, design, and analytics teams to define the sprint and own the delivery.
Present the sprint outputs in demo days & other forums to leadership & broader organization.
