Role/ Job Title: Product Manager - Credit Cards

Function/ Department: Credit Cards

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities of the role are - managing and executing all initiatives to drive the efficiency & effectiveness through appropriate enablement of the sales teams across geographies. Digital on-boarding funnel management. Digital journeys - identifying opportunities for improvement. Training & development initiatives for the sales force as well as partner stakeholders. Support, drive & audit the Sales &Distribution strategies to achieve growth targets and partner alignment. The role will closely collaborate with the Product, Operations, Policy & Credit teams to drive effective customer acquisition, drive productivities, managing key sales metrices, and adequate interventions on change management around policies / processes / controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up & monitoring of robust & sustainable acquisition workflows implementation, processes & initiatives.
  • Relationship Management with all Partners & Channels, management of the entire value chain of partnerships pertinent to customer acquisition.
  • Manage the Training & Development initiatives and training charters for the sales force.
  • Ownership of all MIS - Sales / Product Mix / Sourcing Mix / Acquisition Costs / Dashboards.
  • Generate relevant dashboards & call to action for partners / agencies / channels thru data.
  • Drive internal / regulatory compliances at customer acquisition, risk management parameters, cost control initiatives, service delivery benchmarks.
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product / Credit / Policy / IT / Ops) to develop implementation plans through all customer acquisition channels.
  • Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.
  • Recommend process changes in order to improve sales efficiency and quality across customer acquisition points / channels.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science.

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
