Job Title - Senior Product Manager

Job Purpose
(Describe the contribution of the Job to the Organization & Functional unit in max 2 or 4 lines) Own and manage NTB Current account portfolio for business banking liability segment of entire retail bank. Work in tandem with internal stake holders for segmental CA product solutions to make IDFC FIRST Bank 'Banker of Choice'
Roles & Responsibilities Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables Manage NTB current account for urban and rural segment for retail bank. Launch new CA variants to target specific segments and monitor portfolio profitability.
Work with mutiple channel Viz Wealth , BBG , SA team to increase CA cross seell in the portfolio
Responsible for regulatory and compliance in new acquisition
Levergae & own CA rewards and Xcellence league construct towards value sourcing
Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role Work in coordination with consultantants and other stake-holders for value enhancement in current account product offering and its competitiveness
Provide functional inputs to digital portal and connected banking team to build seamless customer journeys
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable) Key Success Metrics Continuous benchmarking of product portfolio with competition and emerging trends
