  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across multiple products simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of user experience and design principles
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Basic technical understanding

Education

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Selenium/Jira/Testrail etc
  • Experience in Figma
