Responsibilities
- Taking end-to-end ownership of your product features.
- Collaborating and working with a team of product designers and engineers, as well as non-technical stakeholders, to execute and deliver features.
- Writing high-quality, concise Product Requirement Documents to define user problems and solutions.
- Operate, analyze, report, and iterate on your feature to meet continuous user needs and KPIs.
- Provide valuable input into business goals based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, and their desires.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's in Business Administration - optional.
- 4-6 years of product management experience.
- Experience working on B2C products/ technologies, especially in the fields of gaming, media, and entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to launch large-scale user-facing features.
- Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the gaming community and industry trends.
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, with strong technical abilities.
- Excellent product-ops skills to be able to operationally manage features to drive adoption and deliver on KPIs.
