We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about building great products, and should have great curiosity and enthusiasm. You should bring outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and exhibit profound empathy towards users and team members alike. You will be expected to work closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to build world class products that delight customers and bring value to our business.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced operators and work on a product that is loved and used by hundreds of businesses and millions of Indians. This position is pivotal in driving forward our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers, engineers and business stakeholders to bring the company’s product vision to life by managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Support designers and engineers by creating extremely high quality PRDs, user stories and wireframes.
• Utilize strong design instincts to guide the product's user interface and experience.
• Leverage data analytics tools, including SQL and dashboarding, to make data-driven decisions.
• Work with marketing and business teams to launch go-to-market initiatives and drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Develop a deeply researched and nuanced understanding of our customers’ needs, our business model and the overall market dynamic, and leverage this understanding in building high quality products.
  
  

Requirements:

• You have 1 year of experience in SaaS/ tech product companies working as a product manager.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and you are comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets/MySQL.
• You have a strong understanding of design principles & you are able to create wireframes using modern tools like Figma. You are passionate about creating user-friendly software.
• You have a good conceptual understanding of technical concepts and can work effectively with developers.
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and solving abstract & complex problems.
• You have a humble, no-ego attitude, and you can roll up your sleeves to contribute to all areas of the product life cycle such as designing, testing, documentation and data analysis.
  
  

Good to have (not mandatory):

• Prior experience or demonstrable interest in products built by leveraging digital infrastructure such as eSign, eKYC or payments.
• A background in legal-tech, reg-tech or B2B SAAS is preferred.
