Job Summary


The Product Manager - CRM will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our CRM ecosystem to streamline user experiences, increase conversions, and improve donor retention. This role involves developing CRM strategies, implementing automated workflows, and optimizing data management for our crowdfunding operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM setup, analytics, and product management within a crowdfunding or similar platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy Development: Define and lead the CRM strategy to optimize user and donor engagement, retention, and satisfaction on our platform.
  • Implementation & Customization: Manage the setup and customization of CRM tools, including workflows, automation, segmentation, and data integration.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM initiatives, from concept to deployment, with continuous improvement.
  • User Experience Optimization: Enhance the user experience for campaigners and donors by identifying key touchpoints and personalizing engagement efforts.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage CRM data analytics to gain insights, track KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and outreach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related product updates, facilitating clear communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Keep up with CRM trends and best practices in crowdfunding to ensure the platform remains competitive and user-centric.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM systems, preferably within crowdfunding, fintech, or a similar industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), with hands-on experience in configuration, automation, and data management.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, able to translate insights into action, and experienced in using analytics tools to monitor CRM performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Passion for improving the user journey and understanding of donor motivations and campaigner needs in a crowdfunding context.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms and knowledge of fundraising best practices.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools for data extraction and analysis.
