Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products, ensuring that features align with customer and stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for writing user stories, defining product requirements, and managing the development process from concept to launch. Your focus will be on identifying key product gaps, capturing detailed requirements, and setting measurable goals to deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Define clear and actionable product requirements through user stories and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and timely delivery of features.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and integrate relevant insights into the product strategy.
• Set and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track progress and measure the success of initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in at least two of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in product management or experience management.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions in a large organization.
• Experience presenting to and working with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable deliverables.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar advanced degree.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
