Requirements

  • Experience: More than 4 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer in B2B SaaS, B2B Marketing Tools, or general B2B industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your UX and product design work, particularly in SaaS and enterprise products.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Figma preferred).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret user and stakeholder requirements research.
  • Experienced practitioner in different methods and end-to-end stages of the UX lifecycle. User and Stakeholder Requirements, Design and Prototyping, and Usability Testing/Evaluation, with some good case studies to your credit.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and with minimal supervision.
