Seeking a UI designer with 3-4 years of experience, proficiency in tools like Figma, strong prototyping skills, and a collaborative mindset. Nexstem offers a mission-driven, flexible work culture focused on biosignal technology innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools - Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced wireframing and prototyping.
  • Experience in conducting user research is a plus.
  • Experience in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Mobile) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch.
  • Create and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business and user needs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile product development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
