Job Purpose
To ensure that Product Design and development is as per customer requirement.
Role: Product design in discussion with customer along with SAP activities
Experience: 2-4 Years
Education: BE/BTech (Mechanical)

Role: Product design in discussion with customer along with SAP activities
Experience: 2-4 Years
Education: BE/BTech (Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of RFQ documents (customer application data, proposal drawings, quote details, CRM, Co ordinating with sales and customer) and their document controls.
- Discussion and support to customer at pre and post development stage.
- Responsibility of generating product drawings at the time of quotation and start of development.
- Modify product designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until design meets specification requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining the record documentation - Process Flow Chart, Key indicators, APQP files, maintain master drawings and issue control drawings.
- Sound knowledge of on Auto-Cad and NX (Unigraphics).
- SAP activities like material master, BOM and routing creation.
- Customer and IATF audits
- Process & Product Knowledge
- Design Software ( Unigraphics, AUTO CAD)
- Documentation and audits.
