Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement process performance.
• Track key metrics such as cycle time, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support capability owners with data to inform process redesign and automation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of procurement data.
• Collaborate with MDM and IT teams to uphold data standards and resolve issues.
• Standardize reporting templates and maintain documentation for recurring reports.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement Leadership, Category, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience procurement analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced understanding of data models for data warehousing/database design.
• Proven track record analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and presenting facts for decision making managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
  
  

How Would You Stand Out?

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Fabric, Celonis.
• SAP experience is preferred.
