- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of fresh produce as per demand.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure best value procurement.
- Forecast purchasing needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
- Monitor quality standards and work with QA teams to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to streamline supply timelines.
- Maintain procurement MIS and track cost efficiency, quality, and vendor performance.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management.
- Deep knowledge of fresh produce/agri procurement.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in procurement software and reporting tools.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
