Leads medium-complex Procurement projects delivery for defined solutions and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in/ manages Procurement value delivery projects, by executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, considering compliance, quality and efficiency of delivery.ÃÂ Acts as a change agent and develops relationships with project related Stakeholders. May lead and/or provides support to other team members in resolving project delivery issues within own procurement solution expertise.

Role Overviewâ¢Supervises Procurement Excellence projects/ processes service delivery as per agreed scope â¢Leads procurement medium projects/change management activities to meet their deliverablesâ¢Leads or supports roll outs of defined procurement solutions implementationsâ¢Performs procurement data gathering and reporting on reoccurring basisâ¢Develops relationships with stakeholdersâ¢Understands Procurement policy and processesâ¢Provides Procurement related expertiseâ¢Engages Stakeholders towards ESG related initiatives and sustainable Procurement ambitionâ¢Has knowledge about cross-functional workâ¢Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates as needed â¢Proposes and executes process improvementsâ¢Continuously looks for possible improvements to the procurement processesGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilitiesâ¢Directs and supervises Procurement Excellence professionals in dispersed or complex environments, acting as a people manager to foster a collaborative and high-performing teamâ¢Drives the adoption of procurement solutions to ensure these are well-received by stakeholdersâ¢Autonomously designs, plans, and delivers projects according to the agreed scope and objectivesâ¢Performs change impact quantitative evaluation to increase organization awareness of Procurement solution impactâ¢Independently monitors the defined process delivery to ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed targetsâ¢Provides support to Procurement Stakeholders request, related to already defined deliverablesâ¢Handles Procurement solution inquiries demonstrating professionalism, competence, and client-centricityâ¢Builds and leverages relationships with internal (within Procurement) and external Stakeholders to align them towards Procurement solutionâ¢Delivers professional expertise, related to defined Procurement processes and policiesâ¢Develops and drives compliance and ESG related initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and lawsâ¢Demonstrates knowledge of Procurement processes and procedures relevant to the function â¢Demonstrates data-centric approach and applies it in decision-making processesâ¢Cooperates with cross-functional teams to ensure right solution alignmentâ¢Enforces and updates all procurement policies, relevant procedures and compliance processesâ¢Responsible for driving process compliance within the work perimeter and alignment with various Stakeholders (business and Group Level)â¢Continually seeks out ways to improve Stakeholders/ Client satisfactionâ¢Addresses execution of agreed continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., based on business case)
