Job description for Pre Closing and Closing Requirements:  Must have working experience in reviewing loan documents for US mortgage  Sound understanding of the Mortgage Origination loan life cycle  Good knowledge of Conventional Loans, Closing and Legal Documents  Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application.  Accurate risk assessment to ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines.  Effective communication with relevant parties regarding approval or rejection of loan applications.  Fluent in English and good written communication skill  Familiar with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedure  Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and work to tight and conflicting deadlines  Should have good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation  Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations  Willingness to work in US working hours (late night shift) Job description for Credit Admin Requirements:  Demonstrate interest in financial research  A good understanding on financial spreadsheets and reporting  Fluent in English and good written communication skill  Should be comfortable working long hours to meet deadlines.  Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and work to tight and conflicting deadlines  Should have good analytical skills  Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations  Willingness to work in US working hours (late night shift)
