Role Name Process Incharge - Production Role purpose To Manage the given Process inorder to ensure smooth process operations and achieve the results Document created by Kapil Kumar Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Quality Improvement a) To work Pro-actively for generation of defects.

b) To work Pro-actively for Flow-out of defects in Next process

c) To ensure proper adeherance with quality standards as per the customer requirement

d) To impart training to all operators for problem solving approach

e) Adherence of TQM system

f) Reduction on PPM

g) Implimentation of TPM a) To achieve Process Yield Target

b) Next process claim %

c) No. of QACR Generated in process

d) No. of Quality circles working to improve quality.

f) Product audit score% To stimulate workers from his process of production department in Auto glass Plant to partcipate in various quality improvement plans so as to increase the level of quality 1. Number of Quality circles

  • Number of PDCA Quality Management a) To develop innovative ideas to imrpove the process in all the aspects

b) To ensure all the process parameter are running within the standard value.

c) To ensure updation of all the Control charts on dailiy basis

d) To certified the operators / inspector

f) Monthly 5S-Audit Score REQUIREMENTS Knowledge 1] Good knowledge about model development on cutting machine (CNC)

2]Good knowledge about AUTOCAD.

3] Knowledge of Quality standards, systems and procedures of TQM / TPM / TS 16949 and ISO-14001.

4] Knowledge of automotive glass manufacturing. Experience ( No of Yrs) 5-7 YEARS Skills Technical skills, Good communication & presentation skills, Manpower Management skill,Leadership skill Qualification B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) INTERACTION Internal Customers Other External Parties/Vendors Decision Making Authority
