About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer - Piping specializing in nuclear piping systems to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this critical role, you will be responsible for
- Detailed theoretical and practical knowledge of piping design covering in addition:
- Applicable regulations for nuclear piping Accessibility for inspection and maintenance
- Take ownership of one or more systems.
- Understand the requirements for all allocated systems and ensure they are respected in the design update.
- Lead activities of one or more Junior Engineers. Coordinate reviews and updates of input data and existing designs
- Review the work of others.
- Check proposed piping routes and identify potential issues (adequancy of supporting, adequate allowance for thermal expansion, accessibility of active comopnents for maintenance).
- Apply the cielnt quality procedure in the preparation of documentation.
- Produce written technical deliverables in English to a high standard
- Analyse and prepare responses to client technical comments
- Produce technical specifications for piping equipment Nuclear Safety knowledge and associated requirement (design orientation & NS quality system) is a plus Provide support to 2D/3D designer in the implementation of piping network in the overall environement Good written & verbal communication in English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ Years in piping system design function
- English mandatory
- French is a plus
