  • Defining processes & process documents (Process Control Record, Final Inspection)
  • Preparation and updating of work instructions.
  • Preparation of routing and feasibility for new products.
  • Co-ordination of FAI & FAI documents.
  • Performing PFMEA, identifying key characteristics.
  • Analysis & corrective action of customer requirements.
  • Operator training on new processes.
  • Identification & implementation of new equipment & tooling.
  • Ensure day to day accountability & support production team to achieve targets by problem solving
  • Review rejection and performance with Team Leaders & operators.
  • Co-ordination for project implementation.
  • Tool, Process and Critical processes validation.
  • Corrective actions on 8Ds, customer complaints, audit findings.
  • Co-ordinates various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Knowledge & experience of connector assembly processes.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical connector for military / aerospace application.
  • Feasibility study of new & running projects.
  • Knowledge & experience in project management,
  • GD & T, assembly tool design is a must.
  • Knowledge & experience of APQP, PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, Work instruction / SOP…
  • Knowledge & experience of VSM & assembly layout
  • Expertise in Microsoft MS office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in Connector assembly tool design.
  • Knowledge of ERP.
  • Knowledge of design software (Creo & AutoCAD) will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Result oriented; Self driven.
  • Problem solving skills.

  • Analytical thinking
