Process Associate / Senior Process Associate – International Voice experience

Qualification: UG/PG (will be qualified only if the candidates have proper communication, understanding and listening skills. Should portray yourself with good accent)

Salary: up to 25K/month

Work Location : 365 KGiS Campus, Thudiyalur Rd, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035

work experience : 1or 2 years experience needed

Shift : Night Shift - Rotational week off will be offered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the business objectives and developing models that help to achieve.
  • Excellent communication in English is mandatory
  • Should answer inbound calls and explain customer queries
  • Should have prior experience with the sales process.
  • Should have prior experience in handling international calls.
