IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/Partner to join our First Private team in the South region. As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the South region
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized banking and wealth management solutions
- Cross-sell various banking products and services, including investment products, insurance, and loans
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert financial advice and guidance
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank, such as investment advisors and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private business
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investment products, and insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market and regulations is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or CAIA are a plus
