This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Create BrainLifts: A dynamic collection of expert insights that refine AI tools, inform decisions, and demonstrate domain mastery.
- Drive Product Iterations: Deliver weekly, data-driven product enhancements to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Develop Domain Mastery: Gain deep domain understanding for informed decision-making, tailored outputs, and authoritative communication.
- Spending weeks on feature development; we focus on weekly feature releases.
- Crafting lengthy PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen or edge case.
- Designing technical solutions or software architecture.
Principal Product Manager key responsibilities
- Over 4 years in a product leadership role, where you crafted a software product's vision, defined its roadmap, and improved it using metrics or feedback (not just a feature or a module, and not for a single customer).
- Experience with enterprise software product management, understanding large enterprise software selection, purchase, and adoption processes.
- Technical acumen for discussing data models and system design, backed by a Computer Science degree or at least a year of coding experience.
- Passion for integrating AI into daily tasks (research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
