Principal Product Manager

We build SharePoint. SharePoint is the world’s most successful content management solution. It is the foundation of the modern intranet and powers content services and collaboration across Office 365, which serves hundreds of millions of users around the globe.

We are a diverse team of product managers. We offer experiences from building consumer mobile features to developer experiences to large scale distributed systems. We are data informed, and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers. We all contribute directly to OneDrive & SharePoint.

As part of the ODSP Core team, you will work closely with senior engineers and architects and will be at the heart of delivering secure, high performance, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for SharePoint and OneDrive —services that power collaboration for hundreds of millions of users globally. • Represent your product area to leadership and partner teams.
• Provide technical and product leadership to a team of highly passionate engineers.
• Technical bent of mind to be able to comprehend issues, work arounds, solutions, and drive product decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with developing high scale, performant and reliable cloud services.
• Prior background in software development roles.
• Both technically deep and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization, from engineers to executives.
• The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over data.
