EFA - Pricing Specialist - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work You Will Do – Key Job Responsibilities.

• Drive opportunity pricing, design creative pricing constructs and develop attractive commercial models together with the responsible pursuit teams (majorly Senior management)
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (including technical/domain specialists) and coordinate/challenge inputs like effort estimations to create an integrated commercial offer
• Calculate profitability scenarios and design margin improvement strategies together with the stakeholders
• Additionally, act as a competent contact person in the areas of Price Analytics and Pricing Tools
• Come up with price analysis / rates benchamarkings to make sure we are bidding within market boundaries
• Ensure data confidentiality, integrity and protection of the company's intellectual property.
  
  

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM The team

The Pricing and Commercial Deal Support (PCDS) is part of Sales Excellence and supports large and strategically important opportunities with the aim to come up with the right prices for the services that grow our business and addresses client’s needs.

Qualifications Key Skills Required

• Prior experience of having worked on pricing for multi-million and multi-year deals (> 10 M Euros) for global clients
• Good understanding of typical deal structures in IT/Consulting industry
• Understanding of the complete lifecycle within bid pricing
• Multi-stakeholder management skills / able to handle multiple pursuits in parallel
• Prioritizations and multitasking ability within a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines and demonstrate adaptability to different working styles and expectations of internal clients and team members
• Flexibility to work as an individual contributor, member of a tag-team, or as part of a broader team
• Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
• High level of flexibility and adaptability as well as exceptional attention to detail
  
  

Work Experience And Technical Pre-requisites

• 5 – 7 + years of experience in services pricing with a professional services company (IT/Consulting industry preferred)
• Analytical/result-oriented ways of working and deep understanding of cost drivers within bid pricing
• Excellent understanding of the consulting market as well as competitive insights
• Exposure to complex and strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders and geographies
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Master’s degree in business/Management (preferred)
