We're looking for a talented designer to help us visually articulate our vision and impact.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Presentation Designer with over 5 years of experience and a proven track record of creating exceptional, visually compelling presentations primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides. It requires a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and professional visual narratives. You'll work with leaders and teams across the organization, bringing their ideas to life and ensuring our presentations stand out.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Create stunning presentations from scratch or by revamping existing content. You'll be the go-to expert for visual storytelling, slide layout, typography, and iconography.Visual Storytelling: Translate complex data, concepts, and business strategies into easy-to-understand visuals and infographics. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their goals and craft a cohesive narrative.Template Management: Develop and maintain a library of professional, user-friendly PowerPoint templates and master slides to ensure brand consistency across the company.Brand Guardian: Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel while pushing the boundaries of creativity.Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, impactful presentations for various audiences, including clients, executives, and large-scale events.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of dedicated experience in graphic design, with a primary focus on presentation design.Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
