Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Presales Consultant for a full-time position in Indore. This role focuses on supporting the sales team with technical expertise and insights into IT products. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with their business needs.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience Required: 2–5 years (IT experience mandatory)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Proficient in presales activities with hands-on experience in creating compelling RFP responses
  • Skilled in gathering and analyzing client requirements to tailor effective IT solutions.
  • Adept in technical documentation to ensure accurate reflection of client requirements and solutions proposed.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its application in various business contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of products and technologies relevant to the IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver optimal presales support.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, enabling tailored solutions that meet client needs efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect qualification, RFP Summarization for bid qualification, Participate in the completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, discovery and requirements gathering, scope elaboration, delivery estimation
  • Building proposals, preparing pitch for solution defenses
  • Preparing proto types with AI
  • Market research
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
