  • Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification And Generation

Identify and qualify potential clients through Outbound and Inbound Calling

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their travel goals, budget, desired destinations, travel dates, and specific requirements.
  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company's travel packages, including destinations, accommodation options, activities, and pricing structures to effectively present solutions.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads, share relevant information, and coordinate sales strategies to close deals.
  • Reactivation : Identify Repeat Opportunities of the customer and get them onboard
  • Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information and engage potential clients
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including geography, tourism trends, and market dynamics
  • Ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs and provide consultative selling approach
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management and data analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and complex travel arrangements
