- Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients through Outbound and Inbound Calling
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their travel goals, budget, desired destinations, travel dates, and specific requirements.
- Product Knowledge Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company's travel packages, including destinations, accommodation options, activities, and pricing structures to effectively present solutions.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads, share relevant information, and coordinate sales strategies to close deals.
- Reactivation : Identify Repeat Opportunities of the customer and get them onboard
- Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information and engage potential clients
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including geography, tourism trends, and market dynamics
- Ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs and provide consultative selling approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and complex travel arrangements
