Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Pre Primary Teacher to join our Podar Jumbo Kids branch in Nanded. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in early childhood education. You will be responsible for nurturing and educating our young learners in a creative and engaging environment to provide them with a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in early childhood education, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of child development.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment and address behavioral issues effectively.
- Proficiency in creative arts to implement artistic activities that foster creativity and self-expression among children.
- Experience in conducting sensorial activities that enhance cognitive and sensory skills in young learners.
- Expertise in phonics instruction to develop strong literacy skills in early learners.
- Excellent parent communication skills to foster a collaborative relationship with parents and address their concerns adeptly.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods to facilitate independent learning and tailored educational experiences.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of children.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, inviting, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Incorporate creative arts and sensorial activities into daily lessons to enhance engagement and development.
- Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning style and capabilities.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, newsletters, and informal discussions to update them on their children's progress.
- Assess and document children’s growth, development, and achievements to inform instruction and share with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to integrate cross-curricular learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education for continuous improvement.
