Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated Pre Primary Teacher for its Thane location. The position is junior-level, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education. Qualifications And Skills

• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCED). (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in early childhood education, demonstrating the ability to engage and educate young children effectively.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly and productive learning environment.
• An in-depth understanding of child development to tailor teaching methods to individual learning needs.
• Experience in lesson planning, ensuring each class is structured to maximize learning outcomes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculums for pre-primary students.
• Encourage positive interactions and social skills through group activities and play.

• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child's progress and any concerns.
