Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order (PO) Entry:
- Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely updates.
- Sales Order Entry:
- Input and verify customer sales orders.
- Ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.
- Production Planning:
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor progress and update schedules based on real-time data.
- Inventory Planning:
- Track raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Support forecasting and stock level optimization.
- Manpower Planning:
- Help allocate workforce based on production needs.
- Maintain shift rosters and attendance records.
- Dispatch Planning:
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes
