Power BI Development (Mandatory Requirements)

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI.
  • Create data visualizations and reports based on business requirements.
  • Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance.
  • Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage user access and permissions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.

Data Engineering

  • Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like ADF, SSIS, or custom scripts. - Nice to have
  • Work with large datasets from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud storage, etc.). - Must have
  • Create and maintain data models and data warehouses (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.). - Nice to have
  • Implement data quality checks, logging, and performance monitoring. - Must have
  • Collaborate with data architects and analysts to define data standards and governance. - Must have

Required Skills & Experience: (Must Have)

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in data engineering and Power BI development.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or other cloud-based data tools.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data processing (optional but preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong in Business Analytics skills
