- Planning the training program
- Preparing the course curriculum
- Tracking the training progress of each VP and SVP
- Creating / Publishing - reports/status updates for Citi senior management
- Publishing monthly newsletters to update management on progress
- Collaborating with approximately 120 VPs and SVPs across four different training streams: Data Analytics and Python, Open-shift and Server-less Architecture, Spring and Apigee, Cucumber and Selenium
